Seax Knife - Realistic and Painterly

I've been looking into painterly 3D art styles, similar to 'Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse' and 'Puss in Boots: The Last Wish'. I never imagined 3D could look so two-dimensional and painterly. I'd like to see video games take a similar approach, and I want to lean my game art in that direction. It has really changed the way I look at texturing and rendering- particularly with normal maps, which require some clever altering to achieve the desired effect. I have a lot to learn, and this seax knife model has been good practice.

Modeled in Blender, textured in Substance Painter, rendered in Blender and Substance Painter.

Turntable in Blender EEVEE. It does not appear as nicely as it does in Substance Painter. It looks similarly disappointing in Unreal Engine, also. Something about the metal and normal map not displaying correctly.
